「Despite the error made on the part of Expedia as far as how many rooms we had reserved, the owner gave us the same discount on the third room. He also was very helpful in providing information about the area - restaurants, swimming holes and hiking trails. The kitchen was available to the guest to use as needed as long as you cleaned up afterwards.」

「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」

「Este hotel fue una buena elección para mis vacaciones en Antigua Guatemala. Es hotel y restaurante. Además, está cerca de todo. De otros cafés y restaurantes, ruinas, iglesias importantes para visitar y está en el mismo arco de Santa Catalina. El servicio es muy bueno. Lo único es que el agua caliente no dura mucho para uno bañarse y hay que hacerlo muy rápido. Fuera de eso, todo bn.」
