"I was here with our two teenagers to ski. All of us loved the whole experience. The staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful, patient, and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding, and the convenience to the village/base gondolas was terrific (15-20 minute walk or the frequent buses). The kids used the spa once or twice and loved it. "

"Great enjoyable experience in this beautifully designed new hotel. We truly loved the hospitality they offer. After a very warm welcome, we were personally escorted to our room, where everything was explained—no need to read manuals. We were also offered coffee in the lovely coffee corner opposite the room. The baths were the most amazing we have ever experienced. In today’s digital world full of self-service, we greatly appreciated this personal touch. After several days of hiking, it was the perfect place to feel comfortable and relaxed. This hotel is definitely on our short list to return to!"

"Video checkin, so no human on site. My room was actually two rooms. The TV was in one on a small desk, with a single dining chair. The bed was in the other. That was it. Nowhere to sit comfortably, nowhere to put things, no way to watch TV comfortably and no human presence to ask for help. Only one plug socket in the room with the bed. Only one towel in the bathroom. It’s a budget hotel and I’m not complaining about outdated decor, but the room felt like it had been stripped of everything. It’s definitely gone downhill since I last stayed here, where it was outdated but fine. The bathroom was fine - small, but reasonably designed with places to put and hang toiletries. "
