Probably the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, spacious, design of the room was very well thought out. Breakfast was amazing, had everything and catered for all diets. Staff were very polite. Due to a problem with air con we were up graded - this was at check in - so didn't even have to go to the original room - it was all sorted before we got there. We would love to come back.

Excellent highly recommended

Excellent place to stay as a family wanting to explore local ski resorts. Fantastic breakfast, pools, spa and fast river a massive hit with all. Only slight and minor query is the food for dinner was good but a touch limited for kids.

The baths and spa were great and our kids and us had an amazing time floating in the lazy river, going down the water slides, and enjoying the grass park area. The hotel was ok. We stayed in one of the family apartments and I think I’d have actually preferred to stay in the actual hotel. First of all our check in wasn’t till 4p when Expedia said 3p and that was frustrating. And then once we got into the unit we got a whopping 1 cup of coffee which wasn’t great. I think we’d go back here but change some things next time.

Nice place for a few days' rest

The hotel is gradually coming back to full functionality - the pools were very pleasant and whilst the hotel was full, it did not feel you had to queue or too crowded. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We had a great stay, both kids and adults. Stayed for four nights. Food, cleaning, equipment everything was great. We went to Charmonix for one day - can strongly recommend and to the the small old village where we climbed the castle and had lunch - beautiful. And best of all - water in the pools were warm and nice! : )

V good overall but give self service cafe a miss!

Outdoor area such as pool etc very good, my son really enjoyed. The food is where it lets itself down. I wouldn’t return to the self-service cafe next to pool - really disappointing. However, breakfast was fantastic. Omelettes with whatever you want made on request. Room service would be a nice addition as would a games room.

This experience was awful. We received a room which looked like the 1970s, for an outrageous price. The facility didn't offer what it promised, the slides were off and so was the kiddie pool. Upon arrival our receptionist did not speak english and didn't even speak German it was awful. The Waiter was extremely unfriendly asked if the time we wished to have dinner we said 18:30 and asked about 5 min later if 19, would be possible because we notice it was already five. He replied no!!?? He said he had a group of 20 people!!! I myself has Gastro experience, the other tables are not the guests problem we were two people. To make matters worse we had a Family Emergency and had to leave. We asked if it would be possible to pay the night, they answered No and DEDUCTED 770 FR for absolutely nothing,we didn't even stay one single night just awful, greedy facility.

Agréable accueil. Les anciennes chambres mériteraient une petite rénovation et un équipement plus pratique. Il n'y a pas de crochets dans la salle de bain pour accrocher les peignoirs, linges de bain et maillots. Ces chambres sont loin de la réception, mais près des bains. Chambre spacieuse (j'ai eu un upgrade pour une chambre pour 3 personnes). Un peu de vue, plus agréable que les chambres pour 1-2 personnes sous le toit qui n'ont qu'un velux et donc pas de vue. Excellent buffet du petit-déjeuner immense et varié. Agréables bains thermaux, avec rivière thermale, hammam et sauna.
