No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away. Had a little trouble finding our room the first time but well worth the challenge! ( Interior gate is right next to Feltrinelli’s bookstore.)
