"The rooms were nice, but the sheets had stains on them and when we called the Front Desk to get new ones it took them a day to change them. The pool and hot tub were dirty, I was not aware the hotel did not have free continental breakfast as well. The balacony in the room was nice. "

"Bedside alarm clock went off unexpectedly at 6:00am. Housekeeping should definitely check the clocks, this was not welcomed. The sink cabinet was completely off the hinge and the bathtub overflow drain was rusted and came off. The water was warm and never got hot enough for a decent bath or shower."

"I booked a room at least 2 months before in the Home 2 suites but I was moved aside and told we are full we will move you to Hampton side. I didn’t agree but had no choice and can’t cancel my reservation to go elsewhere. Very unprofessional the staff are that morning even when I left my luggage they said once a 2 bed is cleaned on the Home 2 suite side, we will move your luggage in there and when You return just come get your keys. That did not happen, instead they said they’ll all sold out . Also we ended up staying at the Hampton side for 2 nights. Our room was not cleaned and no clean towels for the next morning. Very disappointed "
