「Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Unser Zimmer hatte deutlich sichtbaren Schimmel. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche reagierte das Personal überhaupt nicht, und ein alternatives Zimmer wurde uns ebenfalls nicht angeboten. Wahrend und nach dem Aufenthalt hatten wir Beschwerden, die nach unserem Eindruck mit der Situation im Zimmer zusammenhingen und erst Tage später vollständig abgeklungen sind. Auch das Frühstück war für die geschätzt rund 30 Gäste völlig unzureichend: etwa sechs Scheiben...

「A very warm welcome when we arrived. The bedroom had character, was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the loch. Ten minutes walk to the centre of Ullapool. Checking in was at set times, booked before arrival, the last time being 6.45pm, which was a little restrictive. Compared with other places to stay this was good value for money.」

「Loved the Inn!! The room smelled wonderful!! Which was a significant improvement from other properties! The twin beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and well decorated. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Also enjoyed a delicious dinner - make sure to book reservations for dinner in advance. Enjoyed hikes to the beach and to the nearby waterfall all easily accessed from the property. Will definitely visit again!!」

「The value per price was atrocious! This hotel caters to tour groups. Meals were crowded and noisy. Only 1 coffee maker at breakfast that broke down, no wonder after 50 people pushed the button for a pour. Room was very bare bones, 12x12 for $350/night. No amenities. Not even a place to go for a short walk. Temperature control not working properly. Parking lot miserable for moving luggage. Food for dinner was a very limited menu and mediocre. Some staff helpful and friendly; others bordered on...

「It is a great view! Easy to park just over the road. Plenty of breakfast items and fruit provided. It was a bit cold when we arrived but once the heating was on we warmed up. Bed comfy, big telly.」
