「Parking was easy and I felt secure. A leak in the plumbing of the room above mine created a a puddle in my room's bathroom. I was offered the opportunity to move. I declined. Common areas were not well kept, carpet and floors were dirty. Though signage suggested key cards were necessary to access elevator and rooms, the doors were taped open.」

「We had a terrible stay at the Alouette resort. The room was run down, walls were thin, shower never got hot after 30min. Sheets and pillows smelled like they were not laundered. Reviews said free breakfast we were never offered and had to pay for Luke warm weak coffee. The gentleman at the front desk was very dismissive about the shower water, giving all kinds of excuses instead of apologizing for it. The woman who checked us in was very nice tho. Photos on Expedia are misleading only showing...
