Located so you can walk all over downtown and go to the beach without having to drive. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Our AC was actually not working in our original room, and they moved us no problem, even offered to help move our things.

Nice quiet room, ok bathroom. Steps from the beach! 5-10 minutes walk to restaurants. You get an assigned parking spot some of which can be a little challenging to get in. Will stay again.

This was our first time at OOB and we will be coming back! The hotel check in was easy and Shirley made our stay exceptional. The location couldn’t be any better. On the beautiful and uncrowded beach, quiet except for the occasional train across the street, and walking distance from all the activities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean: our room, the heated pool, and the surrounding areas. The only suggestion we have are the beds are not very comfortable. Very clean and were given lots of pillows but the frames and mattresses weren’t great (very flimsy).

Nice, little hotel right by the foot path to the beach. You can tell this is an older hotel, but it has been completely redone and is well maintained. It still has the quaint feel of a classic beach hotel.

This was a gem of a find!! And I could not have been happier! The Motel was far enough from the Pier to not hear the crowd and or the rides, yet walkable and safe. Close to restaurants and the beach was out the door and a walk through the parking lot! The coffee offered outside the lobby was actually great coffee and had the opportunity to speak with one of the owners. So courteous, professional and pleasant! Made me feel good to know my money went to someone who takes pride and care in what he is offering for a stay. I will definitely be back to this hotel many times! I make my way east each year and take different routes but always on Route 1 .. This hotel works absolutely great for our trips to the cabin. The room was clean, it was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

This motel is in the perfect location. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the pier. Motel is right on the beach. Renovated and looks exactly like the pictures.

It was very clean. Room clean. What I didn't like was the size of the parking lot. The whole property was a tight squeeze. The way staff watched every move you made.

One of the nicer hotels on the beach. Rooms look renovated and updated. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Overall a nice place to stay. If I had to nitpick, my one suggestion would be to place families with children on the bottom floor as opposed to the top so those people who want to sleep in a little later aren’t woken up early in the morning by children slamming doors and running up and down the hallways upstairs

We stayed in the ocean front king room with a private porch/hot tub. The property was well maintained and in close distance to everything. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the ocean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!
