「We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information. The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. We stayed one night and a reasonable price. There is a hotel with a restaurant open to the public about 2 blocks away. Great pizza and beer. 」

「Not recommended. So bad I slept in my car. Unclean, bad smell. Felt like a squat, many who stayed said the same.」

「Our host was accommodating he let us check in early and bought a new dinner set the next day when I alerted him. I liked the fact that parking came included and it was centrally located. We did have a few problems such as the excess dust and dirt under the sofa, the uncomfortable bed, the linen that really needs changing (it’s been washed too many times) and the dishwasher wasn’t functioning. 」

Read a few reviews regarding the upkeep of the property and it’s a shame nothing has been done. This property could be fantastic if some money was spent on it. 「The property is modern, furnished and equipped to a high standard and has the convenience of a parking space being included. It is not located in the most convenient or nicest part of Reading and also we did not appreciate the incredibly inflexible no-cancellation policy and also an excessively high damage deposit, which did make the whole experience feel excessively "corporate". 「What an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Windsor. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away. Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided. Would 100% stay again in the future Thankyou 」
