"Llegamos en el Chatet a las 9 pm. Llamamos, sonamos la campana pero no había nadie. Calle oscura, quedamos por 30 minutos esperando hasta que consiguimos contactar una persona que nos dijo que la llave estaba en el buzón. No nos comunicaran por el portal e-mail o WhatsApp. Llegamos directo del aeropuerto con hambre pero no habia nada para comprarmos y el aplicativo Rappi no hace entrega en ese barrio. "A experiência foi horrível, péssimas condições de limpeza, tudo Velho, rasgado, com cabelo pelo quarto inteiro, banheiro sujo, parecia que fazia 1 ano que não era limpo. Não possuía água quente, tampouco chuveiro, a água do banho é uma torneira na cabeça. Muito barulho vindo da rua, porta e vidros sem acústica nenhuma. Não sou chata para hotel, mas esse sem condições de permanecer, trocamos de hotel. Horrível!! Único ponto positivo foi o staff que deu todo suporte quando precisávamos. "
