「We arrived late in the evening after driving 10 hours, checked in, and our room had not been cleaned. There was hair in the shower drain, pubic hair on the shower seat (they gave us a handicapped room for some reason), and ketchup smeared on the nightstand. 「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. 「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready.
