EXCELLENT SERVICE!

We stayed for hurricane Milton, and the overall service was excellent, despite the circumstances.Tash at the front desk was always very cordial and friendly, the rooms were always been cleaned and along with maintenance they were very prompt, they attended to your needs in less than 5 minutes even though the hotel was full!!! 😳 I'm very pleased with our stay! Thank you!

I was concerned about staying at the property based on the reviews I read, but I was pleasantly surprised how everything turned out. It wasn't a modern but everything was clean. Loved having access to a stove and fridge. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and I enjoyed my walk to the outlet mall. I'm thankful I didn't experience any of the negative comments I read online. I recommend the hotel if you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay.

The beds were clean & comfortable which is all we needed for the night. The floors desperately need to be mopped…our feet were black after walking across them. We kept our shoes on the rest of the time and had to wash our feet off w/a washcloth before getting into bed. Gross! The staff was super friendly & helpful & check-in was quick & easy!

Floors in room were so dirty, your socks and shoes got black! Curtains had rips in them.Peeling paint in kitchen, soap, shampoo and hand soap dispensers empty. Homeless people living off the side of the building in the woods. I do have to say the pool area was very well kept. And NO BUGS! Thats a major plus.

Our stay was just okay. The pictures of this property posted online are very misleading. Please note, this is a motel, NOT a hotel. The front counter was very dirty. This is the one area that should ALWAYS be clean because it is the first impression the guests receive. I saw bugs and cob webs in certain areas. The check in area is located at the same entrance as the IHOP restaurant which was very bizarre. The IHOP restroom is located near the counter of the motel, so they share a bathroom. This must be inconvenient for IHOP customers. This bathroom was small and dirty. Our room was very spacious. We stayed in a studio. Bathtub was spacious. We had problems operating the television. Property was a little sketchy. We didn’t see much people staying there and the people that were looked very odd. It didn’t come off as a family oriented place to stay. Overall it was okay.

The kitchenette/living room is a huge bonus. It is pet friendly but the $15 per night pet fee is very excessive for one pet, especially for long stays.

They told me i had $100 deposit then charged $120 the room was nasty when i walked in. Had stuff like tooth floss tool stuck in the shower drain. The room smelled like cat pee and some other funky odor.
