"I only booked for a 2 night stay. We had a huge suite with full kitchen and living room; on the 4th floor overlooking the front of the hotel. A huge private covered patio, 1.5 bathroom, king bed and lots of closet space. Shower pressure was excellent and soaker tub available too. Everything was very clean! Free parking at a gravel field about a 7 min walk from the resort."

Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Dinner at The Arbutus Room was a highlight of the weekend. The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, and thoughtfully presented. Thomas, our server, was absolutely wonderful—professional, attentive, and full of personality. He made the evening feel celebratory without ever being overbearing, and his service truly elevated our dining experience. Our spa treatments were equally memorable. We each enjoyed a Dead Sea Body Wrap including a mini facial and massage. The whole spa experience was calm, rejuvenating, and impeccably run. "The room rate quoted by Expedia was not the rate chargrd by the hotel.They increased it by $30 the second night and just over$50 the 3rd night. the kitchen was lacking an appliance and the room lighting was terrible.The staff were very pleasant.This a beautiful location ,it's too bad they are deceptive in their advertisung. "
