「Very nice stay on our way to meet family in Mt. Hood. Close to Bandits and Wayfinder restaurants.」

「Had 2 pleasant rooms, everything was wonderful. I made our room reservations online and decided to book but was disappointed because hotel information distance from BW hotel to Ilani Casino is 5.9 miles ONLY. BUT came to find out when we checked in that we have either direction drive 53 minutes just to go to the casino!!! NEED TO CORRECT INFORMATION ON THE HOTEL INFO SO OTHERS WON'T EXPERIENCE THE SAME PROBLEM WE BADLY ENCOUNTERED. Otherwise our BW hotel overnight stay was alright 👍. ...

「The room was awful!!! The bathroom did not look as if had actually been clean. Hair all over the floors, toilet shower. Tooth paste on sink, mirror was dirty, hair in the bed sheets. Asked for a refund on second night and was suppose to have communication later in the day, and owners did not reach out. Still have not had any communication or refund. So will be following up again!」
