「I booked the room online for my grandson and his finance. They are both 2 months shy of 20, both very responsible. They arrived to check in after 11 pm to the prepaid room but were turned away because they were under 21. The clerk told them (and me when I called) that it was against the law to allow them to check in. Therefore they drove all night to get here. It is not against the law. If she had told the truth I could have found them a different hotel」

Whoever parked outside our window kept activating their headlights right into our room, and the blinds did little to nothing to block out the headlights. The sheets and pillowcases were washed in cleaning products that made it hard for us to breathe and gave my wife an asthma attack last night. My child also had breathing trouble in the room. 「Everything was fine there. Service staff for the most part was up to expectations.on first day there charged a bar tab to the room. After about an hour I received a phone call from desk while asleep.told me that my charge would not go through. Then they explained that they are having problems with a new system that would not let a room charge go through from the bar. I said I’m in bed and will take care of it in the morning. Bar manager insisted I come down and take care of it immediately. Came...
