I had a lovely French breakfast my first morning, but when I came down the second morning, no one was around, I was told breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, and I was downstairs at 7:00. 「The room was clean. There was a storm so there was no TV or internet. The breakfast was delicious. The desk told me the breakfast was from 6am to 9am. We didn't go until 8:35, they had all the foods still and they were still fresh. For check-in I waited at least 10 minutes and I have a cane and that was a long time. The desk had a sign up that someone would be there soon. Several employees walked by but none said they would go get someone to help us. By then the line had 3 people.」

「My room was not that clean, the security bar on my door was broken, the pool room was not that clean. No one was at the counter whenI needed help and the air conditioner didn't work that well.」

「Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself.」

「Room wasn't cleaned fully. Dried sink, tub, and toilet cleaner still stuck to porcelain. Pubic hair on sink and tub. No hand or bathsoap stocked, no toilet paper stocked. Dirty sheets still in a pile on desk. Cleaning supplies including a bottle labeled "weed killer" left out on counter. Dirty toilet scrub brush in garbage bag on floor. I was soaked to red when I arrived I was didn't want to wait for the hassle I'd room reassignment. Place reeks of weed and very loud group of game watchers...
