「Great room and facilities, with friendly staff in a good location」

「Road to the place was verg bad. 6inch deep potholes. Pulled into very muddy car park. Was shown to the room which was via a dangerous very badly lit outside staircase. I fell over in the dark via a very bad step, injuring my arm. Ws wers so dissapointed that we left early without breakfast. The room itself, although old fashioned, was acceptable and comfortable. Hiwevef, we cannot comment about breakfast as ws did not stay. Very disappointing experience overall.」

「Paper thin walls. could hear the couple and dogs in the adjacent room all evening until late. All a bit cheapo american motel feel about it. Any bed in a storm so this had to do. Youve gotta wonder why it was the only place with availability on Hotels.com in the whole of east yorkshire. Big clue huh!」

「We had a fantastic stay here whilst attending a wedding nearby. The owners were super helpful in terms of their communication ahead of our booking, as well as in answering all of our questions in the build up. The cooked breakfast in the morning was amazing and we really appreciated their friendliness and their suggestions for things to do in the nearby area. The entire house was very well kept and we would highly recommend staying here - thank you!」
