「Terrible breakfast. There is no breakfast buffet, their online description is highly deceptive and misleading. There was some lukewarm coffee, a few dry bagels, muffins and toast. No eggs, no links, no bacon… nothing warm. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t even qualify for any breakfast since I didn’t book directly with the hotel. 「Furniture had dried coffee not cleaned from previous guest. There was a big bug on the bed. Bathroom sink was clogged and was leaking underneath on the floor. Called and reported but no one came. Room was next a machine which ran until the morning. We couldn’t sleep for a while. Horrible experience unfortunately 」
