It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. "I enjoyed an early swim noting a reasonable sized pool and that the cleanliness was good. I was able to use the jacuzzi, steam and sauna room also available. All staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was good and bathroom although the temperature was quite warm. Tried to alter it but with no luck. "
