"Very disappointing checkout experience at Grand Hyatt Goa. Despite calling reception three times requesting help with luggage, no one came to assist. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to carry all the luggage myself during checkout. Service should not be different during check-in and check-out. Guests expect the same level of attention and hospitality throughout their stay, especially at a luxury hotel. This was certainly not the experience I expected."

"Excellent short stay! Room was spacious and clean and all the staff I had come across were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We had a lovely breakfast with lots of options for the little ones too. Will visit again! Thank you for a lovely visit. "

"Excellent property, especially the location. We were in the spacious club room with a lovely view of the beach and sea. Two well kept infinity pools. Didn't try the restaurants (except for breakfast), gym or spa. Housekeeping though is a bit sloppy. Forgets to replenish or replenishes different items on different days randomly. Also cleaning of washroom areas wasn't the best. Reception and restaurant staff also weren't very supportive or aa attentive as those at most other Taj properties are. "
