「We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! 「The parking lot was full when we arrived. It was late at night, and they offered an overflow lot a couple of blocks from the hotel, which was also closed. Thankfully, it was closed, because if you have ever been to downtown Spokane at night, you would know that the streets are full of crackheads doing crackhead stuff! We parked in front of the hotel and paid for meter parking instead. The room we stayed in required us to haul our stuff up a short set of steps, even though there was an elevator...

I thought our suite would have allowed for a bit more space on a balcony to play cards outside, but that was not the case. We found the walls to be somewhat thin.
