The upkeep of the property could be better but I think that the owners are currently working on that. The price is right for the stay. The rooms are comfortable and the linens are clean. Some cleaner than others are. I will stay again. It’s not the Hilton but then again you get what you pay for.

The room was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable. The noise from the neighbors upstairs was ridiculous. Shower was super small. The counter check in lasy was so nice and helpful.

Staff was very friendly! But it was very unclean the bed spread was stained and room not clean, the door looked as though it had been broken open and was missing the deadbolt. I felt very unsafe I didn’t sleep at all. People also up walking around and noises all night. Just spend the extra money and go somewhere safer/nicer

Wifi service didn't work in my room. There was damage in the bathroom (walls). The heater grill was damaged. It was also very noisy in the room. The shared microwave was in the vending/laundry area and the laundry equipment for guests was out of order. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the TV worked.

Staff was friendly, entire place was sketchy. Sounded like person in the next room was using our bathroom it was so loud. Heard a drug deal happen. When we woke up in the morning we had multiple bites all over our skin!

We saw two cockroaches but the room wasn't terrible for what I paid. Super hot Water. No bed bugs in that room. But no shampoo or conditioner, no ashtrays in the smoking room. U get what u pay for. It's definitely a tweaker location but if u lock your doors and go back and forth u are good.

You get what you pay for! The stay was cheap, but will not be going back. The staff were nice enough. The door lock going outside the hotel was broken, nothing was actually clean, dumpster and garbages were full.

If you like a hot/cold fluctuating shower, this is the place for you! Found cigarette butts in our bathroom, so attention to cleaning isn't top priority. Bed was decently comfortable. Pictures show a pool, but it's drained and dirty and probably hasn't been in use for a couple years. I've stayed in worse, but would not stay here again.

I have stayed here several times over the course of the last year and it has really gotten better in all aspects. Riz and Rosa are amazing and really helpful. the cleanliness of the room was great. both were nice and very professional. Now if the showers would stay the same temp through the whole shower and the occupants wouldn't pace and yell various times throughout the night it would have been a 5 star stay. but because of those things I had to give it a 4.

Appears to be new owners that are really cleaning up the place. Our room was really clean, beds comfy, appeared to be new linen, bathrooms very clean. There are no elevators however. It was hard for us to get up the stairs with our dogs and luggage....not the properties fault. I also ordered a room with a fridge and microwave paid through Expedia but when I got there there were none available according to the front desk gentleman...who said I hadnt ordered that...even though my receipt said I had...he said it didnt come through from Expedia that way. Over all, most of the staff were very nice, and tye place is really getting cleaned up.

Good & bad.

Check in took a few minutes. Room card didn’t work so I hard to weave my way through hotel to get it re-coded. No screen on window. Spider in shower. Neighbors dog whining at 3am. Bed was comfy. sheets were clean & soft.

Way overpriced for what you get. The hallways aren't particularly clean or pleasant smelling. The room itself was clean enough. The flooring had gaps from not being properly laid. Bath towels might have 18 inches by 36 inches if i am being generous. A few bars of soap were the only toiletries provided, nothing else. There was no cable and the cord to the TV didn't reach the outlet anyway. The security swing bar on the door was very loose as well.

My daughter and I booked a night at this place because it was near the airport and we needed a night before driving back to BC. When we arrived, the office where we checked in smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. The staff was unprofessional but kind. We proceeded to our room which was at the back of the building. The first door didn’t work with the key card so we drove around to the other side and re-parked. That door worked but when we walked in, more smoke filled hallways. Gross. And not just a little bit. We opened the door of our room and were met with more smoke, with a big sign on the door saying “no smoking”. It was disgusting and we didn’t even go all the way in. I walked back to the office and asked for another room. The staff immediately apologized and gave us keys to a new room on the 2nd floor. We walked with all our luggage up the stairs (no elevator) and opened up that door. More smokey rooms. We stayed for about 20 minutes trying to decide what to do. My daughter has asthma and was having trouble breathing. The bed covers had cigarette butt burns all over them, the room was dirty and the window was hard to open to get much needed air. There was no way we could stay there. This place is not a motel…it was a sad excuse for a cheap night, sold on the website as convenient by the airport and inexpensive. Both of things things were true, but the place was awful. We ended up driving all the way back to BC, with cigarette soaked clothes. Don’t do it!
