I stay at Motel 6 often and the condition of this one was very poor. Smoke detector was broken and off the wall, the door to hallway would not lock and safety latch broken, bathroom door would not close, heater temp controls were broken, door to parking was broken and would not lock at night, floor tiles in room separating. Likely not to stay at this property again but will at others that are maintained.

I am extremely unhappy about our stay at this property. When I booked the room The information provided indicated the following items for the room. Standard Room, 1 Queen Bed, Non Smoking, Refrigerator & Microwave. there was a queen bed. The bedspread had cigarette burn holes. There was a large television, but it was not connected. It would turn on, but was not connected to the provider. There was not a refrigerator there was not a microwave. There was charging access to charge phones. I booked the room around 4 PM previous day knowing we wouldn’t be there until around 3:45 AM. When we arrived via Uber to check in to our room, I was told they had canceled my reservation because I did not notify them that I would be there later than 2 AM. They did finally provide a room for us, and the person at the reservation desk was friendly, however, that does not make up for what was it provided and I would like my money back.

I rarely leave reviews, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The property felt extremely unsafe. There were people clearly living out of their cars in the parking lot, and multiple individuals appeared to be under the influence—wandering around and lingering near guest rooms. It created a very uncomfortable and concerning environment. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. Trash bins were overflowing, and there was litter scattered all over the parking lot. Inside, the hallways had a strange residue all over the carpets that made it feel dirty and poorly maintained. The room itself was in terrible condition. There were patched holes throughout, including a massive hole in the bathroom door that looked like it had been hastily covered—it was about a third of the door. It gave the impression of serious damage that was never properly repaired. The only positive part of this stay was the staff—they were very kind despite the condition of the property. Overall, this location felt neglected, unsanitary, and unsafe. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families or anyone looking for a clean, secure environment.

The property is pet friendly but obviously people live there that don't care about anything. Lots of garbage around and had some gang bangers thumping their stereo in the vehicle at very early hours of the night. The back door to hotel was propped open permanently. No door knob on the bathroom door inside. And the pipe for the shower you could roll your ankle in. The beds were moderately comfy and the tv worked.

I requested non-smoking but it clearly had been smoked in. The room smelled terrible. The bed linen looked used and dirty luckily I travel with my own blankets. The floors looked like they don’t get mopped regularly. The bathroom counter was dirty and had tobacco sprinkled around the sink. There were people walking around the parking lot and hanging around the entrance late at night when I checked in at midnight. It was noisy, I heard people yelling. It appeared people live there. I don’t recommend. Spend your money somewhere else.

Staff was awful gave us keys to our room. We went up to check out our room, we opened the door and went in and to everyones surprise there was people living in that room. So they gave us another room bùt no heat. So we went down to the front desk they said they sent someone to fix it. After two hours still no heàt Now it is almost midnight and is colder than hell in our room. Fed up we checked out and had to find another room somewhere in Spokane at midnight with basketball tournaments this weekend. Long story short I will never stay at motel 6 again.
