「Nice room. Expensive, including parking which was extra. Hotel is on fourth floor with parking in the lower levels. Staff was nice and helpful. View was OK. 」

「The hotel was great, I was happy with location, room, and parking. Only complaint was our day of checkout (we stayed one night and checked out on Sunday). The coffee in the lobby was empty and the front desk person wasn't exactly nice about asking it to get refilled. We then realized there was a small breakfast in the Tavern. We sat down to have coffee and were told we could go to the buffet. This was very small and basically a continental breakfast with some scarmbled eggs and bacon. Our food...

「Room was clean and good looking but was a lot smaller then expected, also there was no clear indication that the bathroom was a shared one when I booked the hotel.」

「We stayed at the Holiday Inn Portland By the Bay last weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were pleased with our stay. The room was comfortable, the location was ideal and the staff was friendly and helpful.」

「Hotel was a nice modern hotel with a large bar and games in lobby. The beds were comfortable, but the layout of the bathroom area was a bit awkward. The toilet was so loud when flushed and everything echoed. No privacy. It would have been fine if travelling alone but with a family, it was a bit uncomfortable.
