「Excellence stay at Park Centraal! All of the front desk staff were friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable. And the location of the hotel was perfect- 5 minute walk to tram stop and near the Rijksmuseum. I would love to stay here again!」

「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...
