「The hotel was clean, staff was wonderful, the food was good and it has a wonderful rooftop lounge that has a beautiful view and great drinks. Also in walking distance from a variety of different restaurants, lounges, coffee shops」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「I’m checking to check out. We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous the rooms were clean and well maintained. We were only staying for the weekend but we both agreed that we will come back and stay longer because it was just that nice and I must say that out of all of the hotels that I’ve been to recently this one has the best breakfast lots of items to choose from and everything was very delicious. 「The room was very hot and humid, the only way the air works is with motion. So when you are sleeping it gets VERY hot in the room, we had to take turns getting up every 30 minutes and walk around so the air would turn on.」

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」

「The staff are very responsive to our needs. After we un-packed and sat down to watch TV, the TV didn't work. A service worker came right away and determined the problem was with the TV itself. We were switched to a better room across the hall, the service worker got us a luggage cart, and offered to move our stuff. We declined his offer as we were capable of doing it smother ourselves. What didn't I like? Both rooms (and the room we had at this very hotel the precious week) don't have gnarled/...
