"Not terrible but the two rooms we had were poorly maintained. Dead bolt did not work, shower door stuck, entry door scraping in door frame. Just not maintsined. "

"This has been my go-to hotel for my business travel for the last year or so. They have friendly staff, a great breakfast selection and the hotel and rooms are always clean. My only complaints are the elevators seem to break down frequently causing the inconvenience of having to climb stairs - sometimes to the fourth floor. If you have issues climbing stairs, you should request the first floor."

"When I arrived, nobody was at the front desk and took almost 45 minutes for somebody to help me then they don’t advise you of all their policies just hand you a piece of paper to sign that’s running back. The room was disgusting didn’t look like it had been clean from the fire person stuff all over the place. I had to clean the room. There was only a half of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to ask for toilet paper for four days of stay. Didn’t advise me of any extra fees until it took almost a week to get my deposit back and they had taken money for parking that I was never advised us freaking roach motel. Would never stay there again."
