Arriving to the hotel everything seemed fine, my family and I had 4 rooms reserved upon getting to our rooms one was a complete mess. Went to the front desk and got it sorted or so I thought, trying to open the door for the new room would not work and back I went to the front desk. The person said there was two doors that she was told the hall way door was not working, fine we went through that door and about an hour later I hear the door that supposedly didn’t open swing open. There was a couple who were given a key to my room and they were very apologetic stating that they were given my room. This is such an unsafe unprofessional situation especially since we have a child. The following day the women from housekeeping opens the door as well questioning why I’m in this room when I state to her the situation she tries to play it off maybe it was the front desk who opened the door but it clearly was not. The room that was initially given was going under renovations so why even have that room as available. I mentioned to her I needed to talk to a manager because every time afterward I went to the front there was no one there. I will be emailing the manager because of the unsafe, unprofessional events that occurred.The rooms were not as clean or as tidy as promoted. One of the rooms had the bath tub with bleach a puddle of bleach on there that was never rinsed out. The over all experience was very poor
