「excellent service」

「Nice and wuiet」

「I couldn’t get the tv to go to just regular channels. There needs to be an explanation as to how it works so that people like me who are technologically challenged can use it. It also said to get in touch with front desk if any issues but there is nothing on the phone to let you do that so you have to get dressed and actually go to the front desk」

「It was a good stay with supportive staff」

「This was not the hotel portrayed in the Expedia ad, The outside was terrible as was the inside. The coffee maker didn't work, and the tv remote had a mind of it's own. The hydro went off at 6:30 am, so no air conditioning , or breakfast . The mattress and lamp shade, were terribly stained, so we slept on top of the bed, instead of in it. The carpet was stuck down with duct tape in areas, and the room had not been dusted in ages. If I do not get a full refund from Expedia I will never use them...

「We checked in on a Sunday night when it was empty - for two nights. Not sure why they opted to put us in the room right beside the stairs, but it was incredibly noisy at all hours of the day. There is almost no sound proofing between the rooms beside you or above you. Both nights we were woken up by the people above us. We could even hear them peeing.. The second night we had guests beside us and we could hear them slamming doors as they went between rooms and screaming at their TV. The beds...

「Room was clean. A little maintenance in washrooms would be good. Continental breakfast was good. Not nearly enough seating. There were only THREE tables」

「I booked a queen sized bed and it wasn’t a queen it was a double. They don’t have queen sized beds. Very disappointing. The staff was nice though. Just frustrating when you pay for something and don’t get it.」
