「To start, the drain pipe on the front of the hotel was on the ground. Great sign of how the rooms are maintained (they're not). We walk in the front door at about 10pm and see another couple who had been waiting for a clerk to check them in for 15 minutes. One of them went behind the counter in the back room trying to find an employee. We ended up calling the hotel and one of the staff members answered and finally came down the stairs to help check everyone in. Check-in was smooth but they...

「The room was soooo filthy we didn't stay....the room had bugs, both dead and alive; it stunk like an ash tray, despite being a "smoke free room"; when we asked why the room was so filthy we were told because the facility is an extended stay hotel...not sure what that has to do with proper cleaning but...word to all...DON'T STAY HERE!!!! The front desk told us, "This is what happens when you stay at a ghetto hotel". DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!」

「Our room was not ready when we arrived. Almost 2hrs later they moved us to a new room. Because ours still was not ready」

「This place was perfect. We had the 2 king size bed room. We needed up having the room for handicap. So it was extra wide and very comfortable/ nice. Floors were very clean. Shower was amazing! Loved the 2 king size bed option, we have 2 teen girls that we travel with for softball and it was EXTREMELY comfortable for them! Sheets/ blankets/ pillows were wonderful. They did have a sign on the door that said they were under construction. But we didn’t hear anything. Breakfast was good- standard...
