「Very nice stay overall. However, there was a problem with the shower. Very difficult to get a comfortable combination of hot and cold water. Very low water pressure. Front desk agent moved us to a different room with slight improvement but still not good. This was a 4 night stay. For the amount we paid, especially for the weekend nights, we expect a better shower. Also, entrance to hotel in back from parking lot needs to be weeded.」

「The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :)」

「The Charlevoix House was a wonderful bed and breakfast in the charming town of Charlevoix. Steffan was a wonderful and attentive host that was kind, present, and made amazing home cooked breakfast! Everything was done with care and intentionality. We would 100% love to come again soon!!!」

「The Earl is as good as you can do in Charlevoix. Rooms are clean and staff is nice. There is zero insulation between rooms - so at crowded times of year it can be very noisy.」

「Beautiful building and very helpful staff. But it is a historic building with some of the lack of accessibility that entails. I don’t request accessible rooms because I feel others may have more need than I have. But I found it very challenging to have a bathroom with a low toilet and no grab bars. I hope they will consider upgrading to comfort height and adding grab bars for all their guests.」
