Sie nimmt gern Verbesserungsvorschläge entgegen und spricht dies bezüglich auch bei ihren Gästen an. Parkplätze sind vor der Burg genügend vorhanden, zum ein- und ausladen sind wir kurz auf den Burghof gefahren, dies war unkompliziert, Rücksichtnahme vorausgesetzt. "The hotel was magnificent! Our room was very large and spacious with a balcony to sit and enjoy the countryside. The food was incredible with very large portions. "I was happy with the cleanliness of the room. The only problem with the room itself was the lack of air conditioning. That could have been mitigated if the windows had screens. The bugs that came in were large and biting. I had killed a spider that I felt crawling on me. I had some trouble checking in. I did not know that check-in instructions would come through WhatsApp. If I hadn't made contact with another guest I would not have gotten the number I needed to contact the property. I had tried through Expedia to do so without a response. "
