Have stayed here previously over past years only because convenient location to visit family but the property is tired and run down and not has been updated. Stayed in highest class of room with zero amenities. Damaged furniture, stained carpets, stains on lounge chair and poor lighting. No iron or ironing board in the whole hotel. Poor service at reception and when speaking to management about these issues was left with no real resolution other than to be told "it's an old hotel". Will not stay again after this last experience.

das Frühstück war super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher ging schlecht und der Empfang der Fernsehprogramme nicht optimal.

Bij aankomst verliet het kamermeisje net de kamer en liet een enorme zweetlucht achter in kamer en gang. Ik heb dat later gemeld bij de receptie. Het kamermeisje was zich er vast en zeker niet van bewust en was verder uiterst vriendelijk. Dus met gepaste feedback aan haar moet dit makkelijk te verbeteren zijn.

Et greit hotel. Store rom, rent, supert med vifte på rommet da det var varmt. Minus for hard seng. Men en fin opplevelse likevel.

Übernachtung

Service war nicht so berauschend. Man hat uns gesagt das Restaurant wäre um 17:00 Uhr zum Abendessen ausgebucht obwohl ich da fast keine Leute gesehen habe. Der Rat des Mitarbeiter: 100meter weiter ist ein Supermarkt und da können wir ja zum Bäcker gehen. Dann funktionierte das Licht im Zimmer nicht und der Fernseher funktionierte auch nicht richtig. Daher nur drei Sterne.

Nicht vom ersten Eindruck täuschen lassen

Erster Eindruck: häßlicher Betonklotz, 2. Eindruck: hier wird etwas getan (im Fahrstuhl waren etliche Stellen ausgebessert). 3. Eindruck: Zimmer recht groß, Betten ordentlich, Bad groß, viele Ablagemöglichkeiten, also rundherum viel besser als der zunächst erhaltene Eindruck. Dann war aber ein Stuhl defekt, die Steckdose lose und vor allem: das Frühstück mit 16,50 € p.P. (nicht in der Übernachtung inkludierbar) nicht wirklich günstig. Wir waren daher nicht die einzigen, die auf einen Bäcker ausgewichen sind...
