"The staff and facilities were the highlight of an excellent family stay. The apartment was comfortable, well set up, spacious and clean. Swimming every day after a hearty breakfast. "Everything was first class, from the check in at reception, to the splendid room. To the Bar and restaurant and then the ease of parking and check out!! Clean, tidy and efficient and at a great location for access to local shops and easy access in and out to the A38 Plymouth Parkway!! Will definitely be staying there again!! They could however improve the beds. They need replacing with more modern ones like other hotels already have done."

"Stayed here several times as I far prefer traditional hotels. Good single rooms, comfortable beds , friendly and professional staff and on site parking. The hotel is within walking distance of the central shopping area, theatres, hoe and waterfront.Has a pool,gym and brasserie. Looking forward to my next visit."

"Only issue that I can mention was the fact there was no one at the pool reception when we went for our first swim. A guest had to show me how to access. Consequently I went into the members changing room then when I eventually spoke to a girl she informed me I should not be there but to go to the other changing room. Had to ask for a tag. 2nd day no problem and helpful staff. Breakfast amazing It was my birthday and they gave me a little gift. Will definitely be going back"
