「The hotel was IMMACULATE. The check-in staff Jerrod (?) was very helpful and nice. The lady who managed breakfast was a Gem! My only issue was that the mixer on the shower was not working resulting in cold showers. Otherwise I have nothing but very positive things to say about this hotel.」

「We stayed in the handicap room. The shower/bath was a marvel of plumbing complexity but the shower didn't work. There was a lever to direct the water either to the tub or the shower and once up to the shower there was another lever to direct the water to either a wand or the fixed shower head. The first lever, the one for either tub or shower would allow water into the tub but when switched to the shower setting the water flow just stopped. 「This property needs to be shut down! The rooms are in EXTREMELY poor condition and are Filthy. Furniture and even the towels have cigarette burns. Floors are filthy! Paint and sheetrock chiping off the walls. NEVER AGAIN. Went to dollar store to get cleaning supplies to clean just to make the night. The room smelled of mildew. 」

「Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we walked into the room, there was a very strong animal odor, and the room did not feel clean or well maintained. Although we understood we were assigned to a pet-designated room, that should not mean the room smells overwhelmingly of animals.
