Willis Wellington Hotel
Earthquake prone building, only 15% of new build strength. Stained carpet and blinds, possibly due to leaky windows. Duct tape on the bathroom windows! Bath stained. Noisy due to leaky window frames, despite double glazing. Pluses were the nice bed and large rooms.
