「Amazing wifi. Pillows left a lot to be desired」

「The option to stay in serviced apartment was excellent. It provided flexibility/choice when it came to food as we could eat in or eat out. It was great for a small group as there were two bed (twin or could be put together as a double) and a double sofa bed. The apartment was clean and had good facilities. The location was great, and it was wonderful to have parking available on site at no additional charge.」

「I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others.」

「Excellent location in the heart of Clifton village. Well appointed apartment, parking not guaranteed but plenty of off street parking nearby. Overall excellent value for money. 」

「Lovely location and our king room was superb. Our host Lisa was there to welcome us, such a helpful and friendly lady. We were shown to our room where she had prepared comprehensive details of useful information about places to go, eating places etc. Lovely en-suite shower and extremely comfortable bed. Would definitely visit again.」

「Nice modern flat for the price. Don't expect luxury but has everything we needed and was very clean. Lovely location 」

「A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

「It didn’t go as expected. The room doesn’t appear as how it was on the app. There was this strong smell in the room that made it very uncomfortable and not accommodating at all. Only two bathrooms for 10 rooms is unacceptable. U pleasant at all so I checked out yesterday around 3pm instead of today. We only spent one night and that’s because of the nature of the place. It’s not safe to be there. There is only two bathroom for the ten rooms here and due to that we had to climb like three floors...

「We’ve just enjoyed a four night stay in Bristol heavily focused on shows at the Hippodrome. The flat was situated perfectly for easy walking to the venue, across to Cabot Circus and Broad Mead and also for exploring on foot further afield. The accommodation was extremely well furnished and decorated, very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the secure parking was excellent. Communications with the company were spot on, their instructions were easy to follow and slight...
