"Historic property downtown. A lot of dining options all within four blocks. The staff was very friendly and informative. Gave some history on the hotel and also the surrounding area. They also provided a key fob to a gym just two blocks away. Breakfast was limited, but we don't normally rely on a hotel breakfast. The hotel bar had delightful craft cocktails! Overall the place is very well taken care of. We will stay again!"

"Front desk staff was fantastic, caring, chatty and fun to talk with. Very informative and knowledgeable about Waverly. Room waa clean with fridge, microwave and coffee, lots of pillows, and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there on our next trip to Waverly. Also, made sure even though they were fullly booked, cleaning staff would have a room ready for early check in and they did. "

"This was a perfect stay for my needs. The staff were wonderful, the room was comfortable, and the location was ideal. The breakfast was minimal but a nice option. The staff were very helpful with all of my travel issues during blizzard conditions."
