Hotel is being renovated. There are couches in the hallway, debris, dead plants and tools scatter all over the hotel. Some rooms are renovated some aren’t not sure of the ratio. Hot tub is closed until the city can inspect. I was placed in a room not renovated. The couch was in terrible condition, the chair was stained, the floor lamp was broken and missing pieces to the lamp shade. The heater looked like it was from the 1980’s. It did not regulate heat. It was insanely hot or freezing in the room. It was either on or off. The vents to it were broken and it was covered in dust and debris. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub has peeling paint and no drain plug. Hair and dirt all around the tub. The tile was dirt or mold. Mirror was foggy, wallpaper and counter were in poor condition. No options on the TV. Barking dog ALL night. Breakfast is cereal, bagels & other breads, yogurt. No one ever at the front desk. Theres also a snow covered mattress outside next to entrance 2 that has dog pee all over it. Vending machines are empty, on site laundry is broken. Would NOT recommend staying that this hotel unless your only other option is sleeping in your car.

Entire facility was undergoing renovation. Staff were very helpful. Room was quite nice. Pool was open. Whirlpool wasn't open. A bit of an hallway odor (mild jaundice?) sensed in hallway of second floor room, not in room (until day before I left?; after skiing nearly all week at Granite Peak).

Over the last several years we have watched this hotel go downhill. But this was our final stay. They switched check in to a video person, which you can barely understand, which in turn made check in a hassle and took three times as long. Right when entering the hotel we were greeted by mice running through the lobby and they now stopped providing conditioner and body soap (they still have shampoo!) in the showers. The beds have always been hard as a board but we continued to stay at this hotel because it was close to the venue we needed to be at. But this latest visit was the worst. This hotel has become disgusting and inconvenient. Despite the convenience of the location we would rather stay further away for a better hotel and we are even picky! Lol

Everything was good, except the hot tub was closed. I was pretty upset about that because it was wet and rainy and we got soaked on the motorcycle and just wanted to relax and unwind in the hot tub, but couldn’t. Breakfast was ok, didn’t have peanut butter, but the rest was the typical free breakfast items you would want.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Check in live attendant kiosk was kinda weird at first but all worked out. Won $10 on the gambling machines too. Well worth the stay the pool was crystal clear.
