「The desk attendant took the time to walk my 92 year old Mother to our room and also carried her small bag while I parked the vehicle. It was much appreciated and my Mother was very grateful. 「They had a maintenance issue and didn’t have a double bed room like I had reserved. They took care of it quickly by giving us 2 rooms for the price of 1. You learn most about a business when things aren’t going as planned and they passed with flying colors. The night manager was amazing!」
