"Location, Breakfast"

"It's a budget hotel, so I know what to expect, and I was very happy with my stay. There were no bugs, the bed was comfy, the walls were not thin, and the water was surprisingly hot for a hotel, so all those things were great to me! It was a little dirty, but the rooms seemed recently renovated, so I was happy with it. There was no real breakfast, but I had already accounted for that and appreciated the hot coffee each morning. Keep in mind that it does have smoking rooms, and the first floor does reek of it. I have breathing issues and wore a mask downstairs which helped, but thankfully I had a non smoking room(which actually smelled and felt smoke free), but the clerk seemed hesitant to actually give it to me which was the only real issue of the stay, but it worked out in the end, so not a big deal."

"Room was nice overall. Had a party of 6 so we got the 2 queen and pull out couch which was very nice. Room only had three towels which was lame but not a big deal. The pool area was great but the hot tub had a “no kids under 14” rule which I didn’t like and none of the water features were functional. Our kids loved the kid pool regardless of the fun features not working. I really noticed the finish on the pool lining was exceptionally smooth and super recognizable. Breakfast was super basic so we skipped it, but there was a little restaurant. The last complaint I had was the in room coffee packets didn’t have a stir stick so I used my toothbrush to stir my coffee."

"This property is undergoing a full renovation and rebrand, and they are doing a very impressive job. The construction is completed in the common areas and the ongoing construction is no inconvenience to guests. Having said that, the windows are paper thin and have not been replaced. I was on the freeway side of the building with non-stop all-night traffic only a few hundred feet away from the building. Easy fix - make sure you request a room on the other side of the building. The long term answer is new windows. The only other issue was the sheets. The pockets on the bottom sheet were very small and the sheet popped off the mattress several times. Minor inconvenience, but better sheets would be noticed. I'll end where I started. This property is undergoing a full renovation and they are doing a great job."

"Overall stay was great. Disappointed that there was a $15 charge for parking per day. There was a big lot to self-park. I guess I didn't read the fine print. Unfortunately, since there are hotels nearby that have free parking, we will never book here agai"

"The air conditioning worked just fine. The room had obviously been updated. You could hear people staying in rooms next door. Bed was not the most comfortable but not the worst either. Pillows weren't great either. No conditioner. Walk in shower didn't have enough lip so it leaked all over bathroom. But the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate. "
