「Power went out right after we checked in. Never came back on while we were there. Left after room got way too hot. Property is little run down, trying to renovate but place is 5 out of 10 stars at best.」

There was a blood stain on one pillowcase and another unknown stain on a second pillowcase, which was unacceptable. The room also smelled like old cigarette smoke, making it very unpleasant. 「The lady at check in was being super rude to the girl who was training. The room was really gross / dated and we chose not to stay overnight. Creepy dude in parking lot and the lobby, staff just allows them to harass other guests.」

「Do not I repeat do not waste your money here at the property. It is July and it’s super hot. The AC went out. The toilet didn’t flush. And the staff did nothing about it. It was 3 o’clock in the morning and told me I can get a refund if I left right there. I wouldn’t stay here if somebody paid me to stay here. It was beyond horrible.」

「This hotel was only convenient for attending the concert. The hallways were dirty, and the breakfast options were limited to bagels, pancakes, or bread. Dogs were allowed, but the doors had to be slammed when exiting the rooms, which disturbed my sleep. The exterior was littered with garbage, and the parking lot was in disarray. There were bugs crawling in the rooms, and the ceiling was leaking. They need some upgrades to their establishment. It also seems as they don’t have the staff to keep it...
