"Nice clean rooms! Super confortable beds. Only two elevators to access the hotel floors and one of them was inoperable. The distance from my room to the elevator was ridiculously far. Is this safe overall, maybe, maybe not. This is a casino hotel so they want you to stay as far away from your room as possible. We were tired travellers on a mission. I hope that the next time we stay there the elevators are all in working order. We will book a room close to the guest elevators as well."

"Room was clean except pet hairs on the couch and floor, not too much but there was which feel like am not using the sofa as am pet allergic. And the staff over the evening was not at all welcoming but the day staff was really good. Everything else was good."

"The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We stayed here a couple years ago and this time we brought some friends with us. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Plenty of time to enjoy the wineries and played cards at the large table in the lobby each night. May make this our annual trip. 😊"

"No human to check you in and only 1 washer with 1 dryer. Also a crazy woman outside on our third night screaming so the police were here. That said the room was comfortable and clean."

"Spa is amazing with excellent staff. Would highly recommend everyone visit and have a relaxing day at the spa. However, the restaurants connected with the hotel are okay at best. The fine dining restaurant was okay & had decent food, yet nothing wowed me it really missed the mark for excellent food at a fine dining restaurant. The pub restaurant was good, anything with brisket is excellent but again some of the other choices are missing components that could make the food really good. I had the artichoke and shrimp salad and was looking forward to something different, but it was just blah, it needs a better dressing and maybe feta cheese or something else added to bring the salad together. Staff were excellent at the pub."
