「Lovely room, extremely comfortable bed, huge tv and nice bathroom. Important to note it is not designed for self-catering as all you get is tea making facilities, no microwave, plates or dishes etc. But there is a lovely restaurant downstairs, and room service. Underground parking is available but costs extra, so be sure to ask if required. EV charging also available in the carpark. Staff were all cheerful and friendly. 」

「On street parking was plentiful and the check in process was smooth and very efficient. Our only concern was the size of the single beds in one room were tiny. I have never seen beds so skinny. These I assume were split from supposedly QS and a King bed, but that was highly improbable. Not enough of an issue to stop me staying there again. Overall a wonderful stay at this establishment.」

「Apartment not as described No Bay view it was a park view if you lent over the balcony you could glimpse water through the trees just A very tired unit that needs updating Bathroom bench top completely cracked and not safe Check in was supposed to be three pm and we didn’t get in until after 5 as cleaners were working hard to get everything done Not worth paying extra for this unit like we did So many better places to stay at the waterfront at a better rate We were both very disappointed 」

The bathroom is fantastic and large. The pool looked very inviting but we did not have time to try it this time around. Cannot fault the hotel. Will absolutely be back. 「The Torquay Hotel has an excellent location, and we really enjoyed the food and drinks—everything we tried was great. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel warm and easy. The room itself, however, was very old and definitely in need of updating. While it seemed generally clean, the carpets were quite worn and felt a bit gross. The bathroom had good water pressure, which was a plus, but the windows had a lot of spider webs around them, even though they were high...

「Absolutely fabulous. This property was so clean and tidy and beautiful decorated.The little bar came with complimentary wine, granola, a fresh loaf of bread, jams and honey,tea, coffee and hot chocolate the fridge was stocked with yogurt juice and milk and butter. This was so good to have because once you get there you don’t want to leave. We had a view of the olive grove and relaxed on the deck as the sun set in the background. The air conditioning was quiet , the shower was big enough for two....

「服務員Sally & Chris非常好人，不知道當晚他們是否為了等我才那麼晚休息，我事前早已聯絡過酒店18：30後才入住，最後我好像是21：00多才到達酒店。 雖然是共享洗手間和沐浴間，但我都只是留幾小時休息便離開了，我感覺都沒有被其他房客打擾，或者反而是我小朋友打擾到其他住客」
