"Pool area great, Location surrounding good as lots of options and close to a mall, breakfast was decent, very friendly staff all around. Only con was that the beds were not queen but double and there was not chair in the room to work on the table as it was for one night so not much of a problem. "

"The room was immaculate and so spacious. The beds were luxurious, but a wee bit too high to get in and out of safely without assistance. The kitchen was well stocked for a couple of people - could have used a bit more cutlery and plates for the family. The hotel is in an industrial area off the 403 so I doesn’t boast beautiful scenery, but we weren’t there for that anyhow!! The heavy curtains and the sheets on top of them both closed well for a dark room at night (or in the daytime) to early accommodate sleep. The accessible washroom and roll-in shower were the icing on the cake! Such a treat to be able to sit down in the shower at a hotel and not have to climb over a high tub. The soap, shampoo and conditioner all smelt amazing too!! The staff were so kind and helpful. There was a hockey tournament going on, so the whole hotel was incredibly busy, but kept clean despite it all! The hallways were noisy with kids and the staff did their best by putting up signs - ultimately it’s up to the parents, not the staff, to manage the kiddos - running and screaming up and down the hallways… Truly overall, an amazing experience that we would totally do again- we recommend this hotel highly!"

"I really like this hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable abd sound proof. The linens are nice and a full kitchen away from the beds. Tons of storage and closet space even in the basic room. Lighting could be better as a tiny complaint. One improvement is allowing trays for the breakfast up to the rooms. Breakfast ends early nice to get it and bring to sleeping family. Staff was really nice!! Every one professional and friendly. Got food delivered to room no problem. Good wifi abd easy access to highway. Cheap drinks at happy hour and they let you bring your own snacks. "

"Great place. Spacious rooms, lovely clean gym, good breakfast. My only issue was the pool: water is quite chilly, and the shower did not work at all (how are you supposed to take shower before entering the pool if the shower is not operational?)"
