The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. The pool was a highlight—perfect for the kids and a great way to unwind. It was clean and well-kept. The only small issue was with the shower curtain, as it didn’t stay properly on the hooks. A simple upgrade to sturdier hooks or a more secure curtain setup would make a big difference. That said, it was a very minor inconvenience compared to everything else was. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d happily return!"

"The pool was a mess. Kids going on slide and kids swimming on pool; complete hazard. The teen boy watching kids at the pool was rude and condescending. The breakfast was mainly sweets. Price was reasonable but pool staff was a no for me"
