「KK at the front desk was so accommodating at check in. Fast, easy, check in. Arrived later than I had anticipated due to traffic conditions and needed to get checked in and on my way to an appointment. KK got me checked in quickly and efficiently and on my way to my appointment! Have stayed at this Sonesta many, many times and plan to in the future due to their great customer service and clean rooms and facilities. Thank you KK and Sonesta for a great travel experience! 🤗」

「I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.」

「This hotel is dangerous and dirty. I booked a room online but when I got there a group of robbers were in the parking lot smoking and looking for people to rob. I didnt check in because I was in fear for my life. I requested a refund and the hotel manager denied it although I basically just drove in and out and didn’t check in. 」
