I told the hotel, but they just said they could give me another room as soon as available "tomorrow" - of no use to me, as "tomorrow" I was leaving! Due to this issue, I could not enjoy any of the hotel facilities as the only way to have the room locked was to be locked in... as from the outside, it did not lock. Broken, literally broken, and while there I only got a "Sorry". I had to ask Expedia's intervention to get a refund. but...

「You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave.」
