「Not fancy, but nice enough. Appliances are old, but work. Parking was our only issue. Not sure where three cars can fit, as the ad says. 4-wheel drive vehicle is a must to get out the main entrance. We only had 2-wheel drive vehicles and had to go out the longer back way every time we left. Road gets plowed after snow, but no salt or dirt added, so still pretty slippery. It was too cold to use any of the outdoor amenities, but it was warm and cozy inside.」

「The place was amazing, clean, cozy, and comfortable, exactly as shown in the pictures. A tip: It's better if you have a 4x4 to drive in winter, as the road is really steep.」

「Great home located minutes to Blowing Rock and Boone. Loved that the home is renovated and looks and feels like a brand new home! We had a great time in the house and enjoyed the gas fireplace during our stay. Awesome views from the kitchen table and off of the porch. 」

「Perfect little place to stay for a weekend trip. Had everything you could need in all the rooms and bathrooms. Side note we noticed the fans are synced to each other, the one in the main bathroom and the living room is synced together and the other two bedrooms are synced together. No complaints at all. Definitely a place we will stay again. 」

「We had a great stay in the mountain house with a beautiful view! The house was very clean and had many modern upgrades. It was perfect for two families traveling together because it had three bedrooms and one room had 4 bunk beds for all the kids!」

「The cabin was nice, me and my 2 friends stayed for volunteer work. The cabin seems used often, needs a break for a deep cleaning, a good dusting under furniture, baseboards, shower floors can use bleach and a frequent scrubbing, shower door broken and hanging onto a broken hinge, very unsafe. Tv remote did not work in only bedroom with tv. Communication was good, but I’d rather have those things addressed before arriving, instead of spending my time with cordial conversations and pics of...
