"We have stayed here before and we love that it’s walkable to most anything in the city, but if you do need to drive somewhere, I would suggest leaving your car parked and ordering an Uber or Lyft. The rooms are very large and we love the fact that there’s a full-size fridge and efficiency if needed. The staff are all very professional and courteous and helpful when needed. We will stay here again!"
"Absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we walked through the front door, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the young lady assisting with check-in. She was friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home.
The self-check-in process was incredibly fast and easy—it took about two minutes to get our room keys. Once we got to our room, we were completely amazed. The room was modern, thoughtfully designed, and packed with features that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The highlight of our stay was the bed. We honestly slept better than we have at any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. It was the best night’s sleep we’ve had while traveling, and that alone would make us want to come back.
Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We highly recommend citizenM."
"Clean, beautiful, well located! I paid for 3 supposedly similar rooms-2 had a nice view and had much more room than the 3rd room, which essentially looked at a brick wall. We had requested weeks in advance to be near each other but unfortunately for some reason they were not able to accommodate that request."
"I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Lombardy! My kids and I had an early arrival time on Friday. We went straight to the airport just to pre-check in and drop our bags. However, we were pleasantly surprised when they said our room was already ready!! At 9:00 am! Every staff member we came in contact with was kind, helpful and friendly. The location was great— walking distance to restaurants and honestly a really easy walk to the White House! I highly recommend this hotel. Spacious room, beautiful, historic charm… it was perfect!"
"The hotel is old, but more interesting than the modern hotels. Food and atmosphere are great. Love its history. Of course, old buildings have some quirks. But, the beds are comfortable and everything feels like it has been well cleaned when you walk into the room. And the garden is beautiful. "
"Hotel great! Rooms were on the small side but we knew that going in. Whenever there were things that needed to be cleaned around the property they were promptly dealt with. Overall good experience."
"I love citizenm hotels. Great for solo travelers. Great service. Staff was always very attentive. Good drinks at the bar. Breakfast was alright. Rooms are amazing as always."
