My only complaint is- I don’t know what’s on the floor above room 111, if it’s apartments or more rooms or what have you.. but there was so much noise upstairs, and at late hours. It sounded like someone was playing basketball with bowling balls. We had a baby and it woke her up. I do understand that noise is expected when sharing a space but man, it seemed excessive.」

「My friend forgot her engagement ring on the table by the hot tub at night, but didnt realize it til the next morning. The cleaning staff was honest enough to bring it to the front desk where after asking for proper description, returned it to the rightful owner. Very much appreciated!」
