「$100 deposit for “amenities” was taken without a receipt. Upon checkout, the hotel issued no proper receipt for the deposit full return. We requested a preprinted document that indicated any balance on the deposit would take 7-10 days to return to our account. This contradicted what the registration person said: “there is really no charge.” Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was strange except for bananas, apples and yogurt. The thin flat fried eggs and paper-thin round bacon were bizarre....

「We only stayed for a couple days for a tournament my boys were in. We liked the location and there were mixed reviews so we thought we'd take a chance, since the other hotels we would've preferred were sold out. Upon entering our room we were surprised that the tv was already on. The door to our room didnt have a full seal around it,so we could see light all around it from outside. The window blind didn't cover the entire window,so there was light coming from each side..and it was unsettling bc...

「The hotel is brand new, pristine. The room has almost a full kitchen, everything but a stove. Full fridge not just a mini one, dishwasher, microwave. The only area that could use improvement is the free breakfast, but it was free sooooo. The waffle maker didn’t disappoint. Plenty of tea and coffee. The cooked food was over cooked and inedible but I think it was the workers first few days on the job. 」

「My daughter goes to school nearby. This is the one and only hotel I go to. It’s nice clean friendly and the staff is employed from the college nearby so they’re really knowledgeable about the area. The pool area is always clean. The breakfast is always good. Definitely family oriented.」
